This Cookie Policy has been drafted pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files sent by a website to the user's browser, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same website upon the next visit. They allow for an improved browsing experience and the collection of anonymous statistical data.

Types of cookies used

Technical cookies (necessary)

Essential for the functioning of the site and for enabling navigation. They do not require the user's consent.

Analytical cookies

Used, with the user's prior consent, to understand how the site is actually used: which sections are read, where visitors hesitate, and at which point they leave the order form. We use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Text typed into the form is masked and is never recorded.

Third-party profiling cookies

Used, with the user's prior consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to display personalised ads. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram).

Both services are provided by companies based outside the European Union. Refusing them has no effect on the site: every feature, including the order form and payment, works exactly the same.

When accessing the website, the user can choose whether to accept, reject, or customize cookies through the dedicated banner. Preferences can be modified at any time.
